OSS and BSS Training Courses Schedule

We offer seven courses on OSS – the systems that deal with the telecoms network itself and the business systems, dealing with customers, supporting processes such as orders, bills and payment collection.

Introduction to Frameworx is a 1-day ‘overview’ course on TMF Frameworx and its key components. Frameworx Fundamentals is a 4-dasy course that follows on from the overview and focuses on the architecture including eTOM, SID, TOGAF and TAM.

Understanding NGOSS goes a step further providing a comprehensive introduction to Enterprise Architecture from a telecoms industry perspective. It provides a methodology to developing a Telecoms-centric Enterprise Architecture by combining the best of NGOSS and TOG.

The 2-day Telecoms Billing IntroductionThis 2-day course, encompasses the entire billing process, end-to-end, providing a comprehensive overview and basis for further training.Telecoms Billing Intoro encompasses the entire billing process, providing an overview and sound basis for further training. It forms part of a series of billing courses totalling five days. The other 1-day courses are Interconnect Billing, IP Billing and Billing for GSM, GPRS and 3G Mobile Systems.
