Before attending this course, students must have completed: Course 803, Administering Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, or have equivalent knowledge and skills. Course 922, Supporting Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Core Technologies, or have equivalent knowledge and skills. One of the following courses: Course 2154, Implementing and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Directory Services, or have equivalent knowledge and skills. Or Course 1560, Updating Support Skills from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Microsoft Windows 2000, or have equivalent knowledge and skills. Or Course 2270, Updating Support Skills from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to the Microsoft Windows 2003 Server Family, or have equivalent knowledge and skills. In addition, students must have a thorough understanding of DNS, DHCP, and WINS.
