TPMA Train the Trainer and Assessment

The 4-day course is aimed at novice and experienced trainers wishing to gain the Institute Certified Training Practitioner (ICTP) certificate, which is awarded by the Institute. This course will improve your ability to provide training, either on a one-to-one basis or in a classroom. During the course you will have the experience of running two practical training sessions; the first will last for up to ten minutes, the second will be delivered as part of the TPMA Assessment. Time will be given during the course for the preparation of both sessions. You will benefit from this course if you need to deliver training programs or wish to improve your existing training skills.
