Overview

This two day course will provide an introduction to Technical Risk Assessment and Risk Management using IA Standard No. 1 & 2. The course builds on the Fundamentals of Information Assurance (IA) in HMG course and is based around syndicate exercises with selected risk scenarios

Prerequisites

Delegates must: be a UK, EU or Commonwealth citizen hold current UK Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) screening or recognised equivalent be employed by the UK Government as a UK civil servant, another UK public body (such as the Police Service) or a private sector organisation and working on a contract with a UK public body work in a role which requires access to UK Government policy have access to IS1&2 Technical Supplement and bring a copy along to the scheduled event
