This 1-day, instructor-led course gives students the knowledge on how to implement Microsoft System Center Service Manager 2010 in a dynamic datacenter. Material covered in this course includes:

  • Overview of MOF and ITIL
  • System Center Service Manager 2010.

Before attending this course, students must have:

  • Knowledge of Network Systems

  • Understanding of the System Center and Virtualization Stack, specifically: Operations Manager 2007 and an understanding of Web Services and Portals
  • Recommended:
    • It is highly recommended students have achieved MCITP: Enterprise Administrator Server 2008 or equivalent
    • It is also recommend students and/or the organization has completed the 4-day, “Architecting the Dynamic Datacenter” course, intended to challenge datacenter architects in their current accepted practices for designing and deploying datacenter solutions and provide them with best practices for evaluating, planning, and designing an elastic dynamic datacenter (DDC) infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies.
