Overview

This course provides a one day overview of IP and Data Networking for sales or other professionals who need to appreciate the technology but will not be implementing it hands-on themselves. It provides an introduction to the terminology, key concepts and functions of the Internet and its major protocols, and assists sales professionals to acquire the vocabulary of terms used in the field in order to gain credibility with customers.
