Overview

This five-day instructor-led course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to isolate, document and resolve problems on a Windows 7 desktop or laptop computer. It will also help prepare for the MCITP Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician qualification as it prepares the student for both the 70-680 and 70-685 exams.
