Prerequisites

Attendees of this course should have some understanding of PRINCE2. However, a brief introduction to PRINCE2 is given on the first day. Exposure to software development and familiarity with multi-person projects a requirement. This course is suited to project managers, lead analyst / programmers and technical staff moving into a PRINCE2 project. It is also suitable for staff who are expecting to move into a project management role or management wanting to familiarize themselves with current PRINCE2 technology.
