OSS and BSS Training Courses

Our OSS (Operations Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems) training courses have been built through many years experience delivering training to telecommunications service providers and other companies within the telecoms vertical. The complementary term Business Support Systems or BSS typically refers to "business systems" dealing with customers, supporting processes such as taking orders, processing bills, and collecting payments.
