Nortel Networks describe CallPilot as a unified messaging application for businesses. It combines voicemail, e-mail, and fax messages into a single mailbox - accessible by phone or any browser-enabled PC.

The Nortel CallPilot Administration course will enable administrators to fully implement the CallPilot system.

On successful completion of this training the participant will be able to:
