Course Description:

The Foundation Express Field Engineer has training goals in three areas of emphasis to provide FE’s with the basic knowledge and skills required to do the following: I. Prepare for implementation of the design solution as part of an SE and FE team effort. II. Install and configure the solution in the customer’s network so that the customer accepts the solution. III. Enable the customer's network operation and the administration of the integrated solution including monitoring baseline performance and managing abnormal incidents or problems.
