This course is designed to provide an understanding of part that telecoms management is playing in the evolution of the telecoms industry from a slow moving industry dominated by a few monopoly service providers to a fast moving, customer focused industry. This course is suitable for delegates with no prior knowledge of telecom technologies or the industry.
