Course Description:


The goal of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to develop and deploy Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 solutions. This instructor led course will provide the knowledge and skills required by BizTalk Server application developers to allow them to design and build the next generation of e-business integrated solutions using Biztalk Server 2004. The training material will include instructor-led presentation materials, classroom demonstrations, hands-on labs and a student workbook containing notes and links to additional online references.

 

This course is intended for Application Developers with 2-3 years of experience in developing enterprise scale applications. Developers should have experience in .NET, XML and Web Services


Prerequisites:

Before attending this course, students must have:



- At least two years of experience developing distributed applications (Microsoft Visual Basic®, C, Java)
- Familiarity with systems integration and Web services terminology and concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio® .NET
- Working knowledge of XML
- Experience with prior versions of BizTalk Server is not required
