This course is intended for Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers, network administrators, and support professionals who are planning to deploy Microsoft Office 2000.
Prerequisites:
Students should have:
- Attended course 803: Administering Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, or equivalent knowledge.
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware components, including memory, hard disks, central processing units (CPUs), communication and printer ports, display adapters, and pointing devices.
- Administered a Web server or experience with Microsoft Internet Information Server version 4.0.
- Experience supporting networks or end users.
