Course Description:

This course has been designed to inform the student of the technical aspects of the GPRS overlay network on GSM and the main procedures and applications. It is assumed the student will have an understanding of basic mobile cellular technology.

Prerequisites:

This level of course is designed for delegates who have a technical background and who require a technical introduction to GPRS. Delegates have probably started, or are likely to come into contact with GPRS and need a formal introduction to its applications and capabilities. This course assumes that the delegates already have a grasp of associated GSM technologies and understand communications basics. Delegates will be from a technical background such as developers, analysts and engineers. They may also be experienced managers, project leaders or people liasing with technical staff and need to communicate at this level.
