Course Description:


Learn how to manage a Cisco Unified Communication project by using Cisco’s best practices and processes in deploying a Cisco IP Telephony Solution successfully. You’ll learn the project management framework of initiation, planning, execution, control and formal closing, along with Cisco’s Life cycle approach prepare, design, plan, implement, operate and optimize. You’ll learn the basic fundamentals of Cisco’s IP telephony components and discover the critical high-level technical topics encountered during an IPT (Internet Protocol Telephony) implementation.


In this course, you’ll focus on real world scenarios using common tools and techniques used during real IPT deployments by project managers and integrators. You will learn how to manage an IPT project at every stage of the process from start to finish.

 

This course is particularly suitable for Cisco engineers and other technical professionals responsible for VoIP implementation, including voice/data integration; network engineers; VoIP project managers; and VoIP project team members.
