Course Description:

This three-day course builds on the general principles, covered as part of the ITIL® Foundation course (SMEV3 & SME). It provides practical guidance on the design, implementation and integration of an ITIL®-based Capacity Management process, within the context of an organisation's overall business-focussed Services Framework.

 

At the end of the course, delegates will sit the ISEB Practitioner Certificate in Capacity Management. Additional exam fee for 2008 of £125.00 will be applied.

Prerequisites:

Students should have at least one year of relevant IT experience and should have attained the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (all versions).
