Course Description:

GSM (Global System for Mobile communications) is a digital cellular communications system. It was developed in order to create a common European mobile telephone standard but it has been rapidly accepted world-wide. This course gives a broad overview of the GSM system and has been designed for low-level non-technical delegates, such as sales and marketing, and other non-technical roles that need a low-level introduction to GSM technology and services.

Prerequisites:

This level of course caters for sales, marketing and other non-technical staff who need a very basic introduction to the topic and its applications. This course also serves as a 'jargon buster', giving delegates the necessary skills to understand and talk around the topic. No prior knowledge of the topic is assumed.
