To learn the CRM concepts as introduced by Axapta and be able to implement a CRM installation. This course is designed for consultants who work, or planning to work in the CRM area in Axapta

Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

- Understand basic CRM methodology
- Create and work with Business Relations and Contact persons
- Create and work with Activities
- Create and work with Quotations
- Import Business relations and contact persons from external data sources
- Generate mass mailings in connection with Word mail merge
- Synchronize with Outlook
- Setup Sales teams
- Understand and execute Marketing statistics
- Create and work with Campaigns
- Setup an Encyclopedia
- Create call lists and setup and execute Telemarketing calls

Prerequisites:

Delegates must have undertaken the Axapta General Application Test before attending this course.
