Our extensive research into the training market has allowed us to build up extensive data that tells us which courses are run best, at what company, and where we can find you the best discounts.

We are able to source and book all your in-house technical, vendor certification training and soft skills training via a single contact point.

The offer:

1. To continue to use your preferred suppliers if necessary.
2. A single point of contact; a dedicated account manager.
3. Cut out the administrative burden associated with booking courses.
4. Create monthly reports showing you attendances, cost saved.
5. Independent and unbiased expert advise on high quality and cost effective training suppliers.
6. A minimum of 3 solutions for each training request to be provided where possible.

Our aim would be to conduct a full skills audit and training needs analysis to establish the extent of delegate skill levels and what their prospective training needs were. From this, we can develop a tailored training program across any subject area. If we are not able to fulfil the training requirement ourselves we will turn to one of our training partners.

You will be allocated a dedicated account manager, to help you manage all of your training needs on a day-to-day basis. Specific operational and reporting systems that are required can be agreed to ensure complete integration with your Human Resources department.
